Sooo I've been concidering this for a while now, If I should start drawing again. I did quite a lot of drawing fro many years ago and wasnt too bad at it, but well, I just stopped with it cause it got boring and I had other things I had to prioritize..
But~ If Im going to start drawing again, I would like to learn from scratch since I never did. Does anyone here have any tips for me?
Its sorta intimidating cause well, I just cant draw anymore xD Im so bad at it.. so I wonder how to take the first steps towards learning @.@
So does anyone know of any good tutorials or something like that I could use? :3

Small story thing (Which is quite shortend and poorly written ect :o Should probly skip this)
Shiro Kawa was born in the mountains and lived there a lot of her life. When she was around 6 years old she got lost in a blizzard and had to survive on her own. When she was 16 years of age, she decided to go down to the cities where she quickly learned how harsh it could be there if you didnt know anyone or anything about the community there. After a while she mananaged to get a job and such and worked as much as she could to get a appartment and so on so she could finally have a place to stay. After a few years had passed again she got a job as a bouncer for a local bar that was still starting up. She now live in a house with 3 other people.
Try this out for starters: http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorials/tr.....tegory/basics/
I'll look and see if I can find some more for you
Would be fun to see if i would ever get better at it
You can start watching videos on youtube, has many tutorials teaching how to draw there. You also have to start determining a style for you, then when you have more practice you can try other styles.
I recommend you start drawing on paper and then try on digital.
Good luck.
And what do you mean about determining a style? I thought that sorta just... was how it turned out xD
Or do you mean realistic drawing or anime style etc?
I would find your favorite artists and figure out exactly what about their style do you like the most. Maybe there is a particular way they draw eyes or perhaps it's a more simple cartoony style versus realistic. Once you have that, you can start referencing and combining what you like until you kinda just get a feeling of what you want your style to be. It's hard because styles...just kinda happen I think. As long as you have a basic direction and practice I think you will find your own in no time.
Of course with basics, referencing is your friend. There are many helpful blogs/posts on tumblr and even pinterest for collections of helpful anatomy tutorials. This website here: http://www.quickposes.com/ Is very helpful for referencing poses. You can choose to have random gestures of models naked or clothed to help you look at very interesting angles for drawing. Starting out with realism is actually best because it's easier to manipulate anatomy into a more cartoony or anime style once you understand the realistic structures of the human body.
I wish you the best of luck! I hope I was a little bit helpful. :)
Its also sorta inspiring to get responses from artists that I really love, like you, Alanscampos and Lazydez etc! ^^
Ill make sure to practice and draw every day! >w<
Just dont forget it's about discpline.
How far do you actually get in 30 sec though? you outline everything?
And did you actually learn to draw like that? o.o I Mean I can see it work great for speed and to actually draw poses, but what about the finer details like hair etc?
Limit yourself to how long you can spend on it and just draw quick things to get the flow and general shape (it doesn't have to be the actual object or person!)
There are two really crucial principles to drawing that I think people rarely mention and they're relax and be confident.
With this in mind, I actually created a lot of good art (back in the day) drunk. lol That said, Gesture drawing is a great way to build that rhythm and flow.
As for confidence, NEVER say there's something you can't draw or something you're not good at it. As far as you're concerned
you're good at everything you draw, and the next time you draw it you'll be better. ;3 We put up a lot of mental blocks in regards
to drawing when we lack the confidence to draw something. No one is perfect, next time will always be better, but you can draw
anything you want. It may take time, patience, and a lot of studying, but you can do it! I think it's important to always try to
progress forward with your work. If you feel bad about something, look at past work. I like to make sure there's marked improvement
in my art, month by month.
As well, if you're just starting out again, don't worry about what you're aiming to draw as an end result. Just get used to drawing again.
As far as sites, I think there are quite a few references on tumblr. I sort of look up things as I go - piece by piece.
If I'm stuck on something I'll look up that part. However, I tend to try not to stare at other art references because
I don't want to pick up or rely too heavily on their style which can be impeding because you also pick up their mistakes.
This person has references that make me think of you. ;3 http://jinx-star.deviantart.com/

Also really awesome that you and the other artists here that I absolutly love and look up to take their time to answer things like this ♡ thank you
And yeah, I love to watch streams!
If you want to start...Just get a book with the very basics of drawing and just DRAW A LOT.
That's the most important thing. And don't mind so much sharing the drawings you do...draw for yourself. Copy things you like (as i said, just for yourself) and draw things from live helps a lot.
That said, try to reflect on your art and point out WHY you think your picture didn't turn out that good. Is it the Linequality? Is it the anatomy? perspective? dynamics? If you can name the mistake, you can work on it! (like searching for specific tutorials etc.)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/dcd74aaj8.....45.49.jpg?dl=0 Heres something im working on a bit now and it just looks wrong.. I think its cause of the shoulders etc and it looks a bit as if the body is turning one way while the face is turning at a bit different angle..
