Xii-bah(a new species in the making)(sorta)

requirements
the Xii-bah are a secret race of canines
known for elemental magics(water air fire earth)
can be any type of dog(no wolves or wild dogs)
have markings on the back of their necks to show their element
can only mate with their elements
each type of dog fits into an element
dog types tend to have the same element(so a terrier would be a air type and a pit bull an earth type)
are mostly feral but can shift into anthro at the cost of their aura(each dog has the ability to shift 5 times between full moons where full moons are the recharge)
all Xii-bah are natural colors(with exception for their markings)
some elements are more rare than others(water and earth are more common than fire air is a dominating element)
depending on the element the temperament of the Xii-bah changes(fire are more often strays because their hard to own)
all of the Xii-bah are able to conceal thier markings for a certain length of time*older the Xii-bah longer the concealment*
Xii-bah have no age limit and can live in youth forever but can die if their opposing element kills them(water kills fire fire kills earth earth kills air)

Is this strictly for OC purposes, or is this for a game?
And a few questions (though I may be "jumping ahead of the script" (in other words, you've just started on these creatures, so naturally you may not have thought out this far, but...)),
1. How are the relations between the different..."elemental" Xii-bah? (Do fire and water fight, or is the species in whole work together?)
2. Are they all on one world?
to answer question one i need to answer 2 as well: at first yes they were single world across four nation each mingling with its neighbors, how ever one day a dissagreement between the clan lords cause massive chaos turning into war this war almost destroyed their planet though it was left uninhabitable and the Xiibah had to leave and find a new planet (which is earth) the decided to blend in with what at the time seemed easiest and most prevelent(domestic dogs)
