Seriously, what the hell? That is the stupidest idea I’ve ever seen. Couldn't just use pork and then use the X rays on him like every other scientists?
Poor snake...

Actually they've stated numerous times that the snake will not (or has not) been harmed in the making of the documentary. Would very much like to see how they pulled that one off.

There is a rope tied on his feet, so i guess that they will try to pull him out. (Or maybe scare the snake a lot and force him to puke)

Anyway, with the hindsight, I’m not sure that this snake would be able to nom the human at all. He looks way too small for swell enough around the armored shoulders.

The scientist already demonstrated about how snakes behave, catch their prey, eat, digest and their incapacity to goes further the human shoulders if they are positioned horizontally. They are only trying to do that for shock and gain more audience.
Also, the snake looks too small for even remotely eat the human smoothly. Remember that a lot of snakes die after they tried to eat something way too bigger than their body can bear.
