I have the right to refuse service to those who are rude ( Y.Y please dont be!).
You must pay me before I will begin work on your commission.

I will try to have it finished within two weeks. Maximum amount of time it should take is 1 month. After 1 month, if I have not started on your commission, you are free to ask for a refund.
(I believe I have fairly fast Turn around times)

I will NOT give a refund if I have already started the sketch.

I work in order, in regards to who is first. I work in order unless something has a due date or rush order.

You're free to give me a due by date, but please have it at a minimum of two weeks wait. Rush orders would require 50% charge to the current commissions. Rush orders must give a 3 day advance warning.

Private commissions Have a 50% charge to the current commission.

As the artist, I have rights to do as I will with your commission, unless it is a private commission. This includes:
1)using it in a portfolio.
2) Using it to advertise
3) Using it on my other websites

I accept PayPal as payment

You're free to post the art to your page as long as you credit me. PLEASE DO NOT sell my work, claim it as your own.
