ToS for fursuits -2015

These are the Terms of Service for a fursuit commission. They are subject to change at any point. I have the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude.
Prices:
Any price quotes are subject to change. Amount of commissions are limited per month. I require a 40% nonrefundable down payment to guarantee a completion date.
Final payments must be received by the beginning of the month of the month it is to be completed.
Late payment will result in a later completion date or a cancelled commission. I accept, money orders and paypal. I am not responsible for any late or lost payments.
Warranty
All work is guaranteed for 60 days upon day of item received. Any unauthorized alteration not made by me voids the warranty. Warranty covers defects of material and construction. Normal wear and tear or gross neglect is not covered by the warranty.
Design Changes
Customers will be required to provide me with an up to date reference sheet of their character with at least 3 full body views. If any parts of the design change after the quote, I need to know BEFORE the down payment is made so the correct materials can be ordered.
I will not be able to accommodate any major design changes made after the fur is ordered. It is the customers responsibility to provide a clear, up to date reference sheet
Any changes after work has begun will not be accepted. Please let me know beforehand if you wish to change something on the design.
Work in progress photos and updates:
Work in progress updates and photos will be available upon request. I will send you progress and updates on an agreed scheduled. (I can not send daily updates. I apologize for any inconvenience).I will show progress photos after every stage, or on request.
Age:
All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments. If under 18, a parent or guardian must contact Me beforehand.
Deadlines:
The customer should let me know of any deadlines when ask for their quote. If you wish to have your commission completed within 90 days there will be a 25% Rush fee.
Returns and refunds:
You have 3 days (72 hours) to tell me if you are unhappy with a costume upon receiving it. after this time is over I will consider the transaction complete.
No refunds will be given if the costume arrives to me in a state that is different to when it was sent out to you.
If after all other options are not available , you may request a refund. However the suit must be returned to me in the same condition that it arrived to you in. Once the costume is back with me I will sell it and the refund will be sent.
Shipping:
Shipping is not included in the price for commissions.
(once complete with the final payment I will inform you of shipping)
I usually ship with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you wish for a different carrier let me know.
International shipping- I will ship internationally however, once the package leaves the United States, I am no longer responsible for it.
Once packages are sent out, any damage caused by the postal services is not a fault of my own. If such damages do happen, contact your post office immediately for compensation.
Allergy Warning:
Though I try my best to keep my cats away from the supplies, they do manage to sneak in sometimes. If you are allergic to cats you may wish to consider another maker.
Contract and Writing:
Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email, is a binding contract. By accepting a commission or quote from me, you agree upon all terms of service. I store digital copies of email from customers.
