Looking for artist recommendations:

So I have this character, Boanoelle, she's an Elin from the f2p mmo TERA, she's young looking and she has a big monster-y penis, I assume you can see where this is going.
I'm basically looking for an artist that doesn't mind loli-esque characters, doesn't mind 'weir' dicks, and will do a full body image for around $20, would prefer color or a simple shading on lineart-type dealio but I'm not going to be picky about that sort of shit.

The, uh, 'realistic' looking images there are just to have an updated view on how the spines along the bottom should look and the ridges and stuff like that, her simple crotch sketchy picture is much better for the sheath/color look to it.
So yeah, let me know of any recommendations on tumblr, deviantart, furaffinity, whatever else honestly, if I like their style and prices I'll have a look at them.
