It's just that while I agree Firefox is a deconstruction of babes-behind-bars dominant / lesbian erotica, it's also one of the funnier sentences in the English language.
And yeah, I think Tech is the most relatable of the characters. I think it's because she has a desk job (mostly) and her reaction to Blue Diamond was "most like" what a normal person's reaction would be.
I still re-read them on occasion. Never gets old, either.
