hey guys i need to say something ik i have not been doing any submissions,and that is because im afraid i might not have the right tools or products to make the submission good cause i wanna make the commissioner happy and not give them crappy work cause there is only so much i can do within my limits but i wanna do my best so if you want a commission i will be happy to take it and i will try my best.

Just post it and ask the commissioners if they like it. In the worst case they won't get their desired commission yet, but at least you wouldn't be inactive. As Spinoza said, the more active you are, the closer you are to the truth :)
