Opening 5 Commission Slots for Perler Badges /Icons (FULL)

I'm opening up 5 commission slots!
Bead badges are available for $20 apiece on a first-come first-serve basis. Shipping is free if you live in the continental US, +$5 for Canada, and +$8 for anywhere else. Name tags are an extra $5. Comment on this journal to reserve a slot. I will collect payment from you after we agree on a design, but before I build and mail your piece.
If you're not familiar with my work, here are a few examples of bead badges I've done in the past:

In the case of digital icons, they are $15 each. Once you reserve a slot, I will note you with my PayPal address, and will begin drawing your piece as soon as I receive payment. Here are some examples of icons I've made:

Could you link me to a ref of your character, please?
My char has tentacles, and I would imagine if i wanted something like that it would be extra? Could you do something like that?

Sorry I dont mean to clutter your comments.
If you want a nametag with tentacles clutching either side (sort of like this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14967780/), it's $5 extra. If you want them framing her face, I'll have to play around with the design / see how large it'll come out to, and then give you a quote.
