partial refunds will be given after a commission has been started depending on how far along your commission is

After a commission is completed any major revisions will result in a fee(very small fee)deadlines
im a slow poke man sometime i can be fast, but i am still in school. So Monday- Friday I'm mostly busy so the mean i will try my best to work on the during the weekend and squeeze them in to my schedule.
if you do not inform me of the deadline before the the payment is sent i will charge a fee
