I ahve a virus protection and it scans every day a d it says thats fine. I looked up the error code and alot of people with the same computer have the problem but tgey said download a clean pro and delete your cookies which i did and it stoped for a good two weeks a d now it starte dup and it every 5 minutes (ididn't not get insurance on it so it not going to be covered when i take it in )

I updated my window 8 and its still being funky
