I have decided to start making journals. In this one I am going to introduce myself. First off, I am somewhat new to the fandom. I decided to become a furry in early fall of last year. I had heard of it before, but at the time I thought it was weird because I didn't know about it much about it. One day, I decided to look more into it, and instantly fell in love with it. I love everything about it: the nice people, the art, the community, the fursuits, etc. I now realize that I have always liked anthropic type stuff. About me, I am a straight male with a loving girlfriend and family. None of my family or friends necessarily support me being furry, but I have some friends who don't judge. My girlfriend thinks it kind of weird, but it doesn't bother her. My mom thinks it is weird, but doesn't really care. My older brother, he is completely apposed to it. He thinks it is wrong and weird. He believes the stereotypes, but I just ignore his opinion on this. My family all get along fine, though. Anyway, back to my life in the furry fandom, I mainly just browsed stuff on Sofurry to start, but then that all changed when I decided to make an account here on Fur Affinity. I love viewing all the art, photos, and journals on here. I don't really have a fursona yet, but I am working on one. It will be a colorful fox. I am not good with art, but am getting better. I hope to be able to add to this wonderful website with photos and art in the future. Thanks to all of you who have sent me a shout for my favoriting. It really makes my day.
