an Idea I have for a SL sim

My Idea is that I want to make a sim that is two things. A space station & a planet side post apocalyptic world that people live on. Do to overpopulation
of the Planet it has caused the wealthy to look to the stars and now many years later the wealthy and rich live off the planets surface in this space station while the planet is left for the poor sick and dying. The planet striped of its resources. Those that are on the planet are employed to dig into the planet to mine its few remaining resources to be refined into metal to maintain the up keep and quality of the space station. There being densely populated cities. With wastelands surrounding with small towns and villages dotting the wastes where one could get a good paying job in protecting caravans that travel from the city and back bringing supplies and food for said towns and villages and night watch jobs for the towns and villages.
Protecting them from the many bandits and marauders that attack from time to time. While there being clans and tribes of different factions out in the wastes fighting each other for survival mounting supply raids and kid napping hostages to trade for supplies or to force into slaves of any kind.

This is a idea I got from some of my favourite things and yea I think its a great idea but it will be costly.
