I had about 8 spanning back to almost a year ago regarding some obvious tracing and art theft and they never got answered so I closed them. One of mine right now has to do with someone ban evading and the other has to do with art theft.

Lol. I got a few TTs out for the same stuff, the ones that did get answered were pretty much unresolved because the admin decided they were just "using reference" when they were obviously pallet swapping a picture and reselling it. But what can you do, if you approach the admins, you're lucky to hear anything, and if you approach the people in question, they sick the dogs on you and then you have people trying to argue philosophy and copyright jargon they got from google with you.

Yeah, I don't understand why some situations are treated so laxly while lesser offenses are treated more seriously.

A popufur who the site owner is a fan of was accused of raping a female fur
after a con and she sent the site owner a note asking what to do.
She was told to keep quiet for her own good.

He was already a popufur when the incident happened. He wasn't magically hoisted to popufurdom by the situation or by admins, he was already famous.


Also, the girl never claimed she was raped and it didn't happen after a con. So yes, I think I'm a little more aware of the note than you are. She was only concerned about other users being manipulated into sex and accusations of rape is something that only law enforcement can take care of (not the admins on a furry porn site).

I never said the incident made him popular.
I merely pointed out that he was popular and that this was given as a reason his the accuser
to keep her mouth shut about what happened. Also, she mentioned in the note that several other
female furs had complained about this guys behavior around them creeping them out.

It is not the site's responsibility. If he's a rapist, he should be reported to law enforcement. Also, the only "proof" offered up has been hearsay, you cannot pass judgement on someone with 0 physical evidence. Even the "victim" never said she was raped.


I agree, the admins do some stupid things. But you can't expect them to take the place of police. They aren't cops, they can't send someone to jail. If someone is assaulted, they need to report it to police. Not admins on a furry porn site.

Him telling her not to say anything on the site is actually the site's TOS (no call-out journals or harassment). He was basically telling her to follow the TOS and that it would protect her from ensuing drama because of how well known he is. I mean, look at the aftermath of the hack and how divisive it made people about it. People bashing her and saying she was "asking for it", people bashing him and calling him a rapist when they don't have all the facts. If the hack had never happened, no one would even known it happened and the drama aimed at both would never have happened.

I just think it would be best if people stopped focusing on it because I'm sure neither party appreciates it being a shadow over their heads.

FA obviously can't work on real problems like the unstable outdated website falling apart at the seems or the many many features FA doesn't that other websites have long since had because doing stupid shit like this is obviously more important

This sort of thing is based on reports, if no one reports it nothing happens.

What probably happened is that someone, for whatever reason, reported it and whatever mod took a look at the report went 'I can deal with this in no time at all, why let the ticket sit?'[1] and took action.

One thing done to protect a 'moved' announcement is to combine it with some art. Some simply use a quickly modified existing piece while others have fun with it and do things like draw their fursona in the process of moving.


[1] Contrast with a report of an underage user, which would require way more investigation that simply opening a single submission.

Really, it could have sat here for a while, on a dead account, and done no one any harm. It is not like it was going to get replicated. It is not like many users would retrieve it after a month.

And I doubt FA's hard drives are going to get filled up by "I have moved" b&w jpg notes.

Shortly before christmas was a FLOOD of newly created accounts that posted HUNDREDS of "userxyz is a cunt" pictures.
So, if Jeremy would have nuked the place with tons of images, I'd have understood a slightly panicked reaction from the admins to shunt it before it triggers a wave of sympathisants.

However, I think a long-time account posting a single (low-data-volume) image to inform it's followers is a totally different story than bot-scripts flooding the site.
It leaves me slightly puzzled in regards to social competence or the lack thereof. Admittedly, I consider the "nazi"-addition of Evil-Art-Nazi's nickname sort-of itchy, but I am a german and thus have a historically itchy issue with the term, as it has a slightly different meaning for me.
Like FLAK, which means "getting a lot of counter-arguments / being attacked" in english, but rather means "getting support / getting cover" in german, although for most of the time FLAK just means "Anti-Aircraft gun" for germans.

If that was all, I've seen a number of people with icons that literally say "Moved to Weasyle" and they haven't been deleted or anything. Shrug. Furry politics.

Yes, quite a few of us have. It's usually commission adverts and the like, though. In all honesty, I personlly don't think this was initiated by the admins, though. I think there's probably a user who's got nothing better to do that report even the most trivial AUP violations. AUP violations probably get a higher priority than other tickets, hence the relatively quick responses.

the fact that some one on fa staff did this when others have done it before makes no sense as it informs of the move. someone is that petty it takes for them to take the time to say that image would basically take a lot of the traffic by removing it. it has some merit in its announcement if it is done in such a way to seem artistic and creative.

Well, the AUP do state that it is against the rules. It is sorta irrelevant whether it makes sense or not, it's a private website so the owner can decide what can and can't be uploaded.
Just doodle a cartoon wang on it and it's ok X3 That way it gets more attention anyway! ;D

It is interesting to learn exactly what it is they are looking at you doing and what they aren't looking at you doing. There's a person on here that pretty much posts 'cub art' and porn all the time on here, in attempts to be ambiguous about their character's age when it's very obvious what age the character would have to be based on what situations they put the character in, but minor things like what you did are the ones that get their attention.

Hell, I had something taken down shortly after upload with little explanation as to what the reason was, and something else that they'd overlooked for years... Both of which were seemingly harmless, and things that had been on others' pages with no issues.
