you register the codes, get coins then spend the coins on games. though you need to register quite a bit to get things.

pretty much yeah, most likely at 0 coins now. you get 30 coins per nintendo made game, less for non nintendo games.
200 coins for the cheapest virtual console game for the 3ds. so youd need quite a lot to get anything at all.

if you think you can get something out of them go ahead and use them if you want.
if you don't want to put in all the effort for old gameboy virtual console games then I'd appreciate the codes if you're willing to spare them :)
