So, from my last journal, I noted I was looking for an engine to put in this new car. I finally got one, and I'm not sure anything went right for it's delivery.

First, the BoL (loading contract) was printed wrong down at the shipper, so while they picked it up (and complained they shouldn't have) I had to fax the thing to them. Then, I didn't get a call when it was delivered like they were supposed to. Upon asking, I found out that the packing wasn't nearly as good as the shipper said it was, the thing still had antifreeze and oil in it, which leaked all over the truck leading to a cleanup on my end, and a $50 fine for hazardous materials (which I wasn't made aware of upon purchase).

So, I've got a few more thing to do before I can actually get to work on this thing...but hey, at least I have one now.
