I am trying to get better with the bodies/poses/hands/feet for Sonic style and almost the same with ponies besides hands/feet and help with eyes/heads

Well, I can't help with Ponies, since its only something I've drawn like 3 times xD

I wouldnt mind helping you with Sonic styled stuff though. Something that would definitely help is to look at official art. try to see the shapes all the bodies are made of.

Hands in general are hard-but luckily, SOnic hands are big and cartoony, so you can get away with just making it up as you go along [i know thats what I do]

And feet... I will not lie, are a fault of mine. I'm still learning how to draw them properly now. Bare feet, are pretty easy, its just shoes and the like are hard. I've noticed I can pretty much draw Shadow's shooes fairly easily, dont know how that's possible... probably because there are so many references to look at.

and, on a final note, STARE AT REFERENCES. It's hard for me to grasp sometimes too-since most of my art comes from the top of my head. Staring at a reference, and redrawing it over and over till it looks just right is very rewarding.

unfortunately, its rather difficult to find good references of sonic feet without wading through lots and LOTS of foot fetish pictures. That's just something you'll have to try and guess
