Time To Sue GM
Car problem diagnosed. The transmission has gone out. Again. This is the one for which I paid $5,000 in October of 2013. It was supposed to have a three year, 100,000 mile warranty. GM says, oh no. It was only 12 months and 12,000 miles. Mechanic is trying to get in touch with the dealer that furnished it and told us it was three years and 100,000 miles. I'm thinking somebody is getting sued. Anyone in the Seattle area know a good lawyer?
In any case, I think it is time for a new car. Any suggestions on what to get? Obviously, anything by GM is out of the question.

PT Cruisers are very popular but they are bigger than what I prefer to drive. There is only one of me so I prefer a nice coup.
I was going to add, the Celica looked like crap but still ran like a champ. You couldn't beat that little 20R engine with a stick.
