I'd ask anyone you know who has a reptile fursuit, depends if you want it fluffy or made of something else. Tons of makers, but you want someone who can do your character well and not just slap some stuff on a premade design.

depends on how you want him to look. toony realistic derpy xD see which look you wanna go for then browse suit makers. you cna search up omgpineapples madefuryou its actually pretty easy to get a quote at least ^_^
