If there are three slots, wouldn't it make more sense to do a single chain and give slots to the highest three in the chain at the deadline?

Yeah, I thought about that, but I didnt know how to deal with one single user pumping up the price a butt load and thereby making everyone else not bid anymore unless I do like a maximum bid. It'd be like.. $100, $110 to like $300 instead of $250, $230, $240 :s
