Im srsly not sure what to do in this situation! :(
I know Im not too active on this account but now I feel like I have to use it for this problem...my main account is for commissions and conventions, dont want trouble or anything around. Maybe more friend watching me in this account and will help with comment.
So, whats wrong?
I payed for fur fabricks in 2013 september for one person from FA.
NO name, NO account in journual. BUT if want to know who is she, can show it via note...
So, for first time she was so friendly and helpfull. Ive got a big "discount" of a shipping price, because bought lot thing from her. I payed 85$ without fees to her. I mentioned to her i need this fur untill december.
She said its all fine.
And I wait...and wait..and wait... tried to communicate like a normal person with her, but nothing.
She just disapeared from FA. After it was like I will never got this fabricks back, or my payment. LOT fur tried to find her.
Her friends tried to calm down everyone, like, she will come back.
FINALLY got reply from her. It was like "sorry, have lot trouble nowadays". I said fine...
But after she just disapeared AGAIN. After, when come back again to FA noted back like, ALL fabrick is gone because her dogs eat it.
I said fine, please, pay back.
She did lot drama in last one and half year.
Like, disapear from FA. Said never take commissions again because cannot pay back.
Said will do a list with all names on it who still waiting...ofc, nothing since that.
OFC still do commissions since that. She said she sold her suit (lot fur tought she bought that suit from "our" money, but she allways act like its not true, she worked really hard for that suit) and OFC, she still have this suit. Its not a problem, but its smells really badly, right? I mean, is this a lie or something..?
And OFC still no payback to me. I tried to find others, who waiting for her.
Who I asked they said they got back the payment, but all said have to be really rude and evil with her if i really want back my money. And I do want. Its would be really helpfull and I mention it to her, but nothing.
Sent an e-mail to her, she was friendly -again- in first mails.
After I waited, and asked again wheres my money, and she was like, omg i payed.
I HAVE TO show ALL my e-mails and paypal information to her, like, see? Nothing. Not payed.
She was like "thanx you", and still wait to my payment.
I said to her Ill wait untill 28.th of March after Ill take her to artist beware and will note to her parents too because Its like, this is the only way if i want my payment back.
I said that to her, because i want to be fair. She replied to me in 2 seconds and she was really-really angry, and was like Im so bad person and evil with her and why am I so soulles and bad with her?
And also mentioned she will say it to her friends, too. (Wtf?)
And Im still waiting.
Lot fur said I have to take her to 'artist beawer', and lot person already did that.
Tried to note her, and sent e-mails too, but nothing.
No reply, no payment.
I do want to be fair with her but want my payment back after one and half year.
Not surewhat to do...whats would be most fair way? :(

I think it's already to late to deal with this via paypal ( like sending pp a warning you never got it and want it back ect.)
First make the artist beware because you already gave this said person a lot of chances and time.
Second go public, i know it's the last thing but maybe confront her on a more open way makes her perhaps realise this is bad and bad towards her. ( and with public i mean post a comment on her page and a new commission when placed) again it's not the kindest way but you do pull attention with it..
Thats what i can think of.. It is important though to make a AB post so others wont fall in te same situation as you did. I just hope you get either the fur or the money asap

She has no right to be angry at you. She's not fulfilling her part of the deal. She's not being fair and is taking advantage of good people like you.
She should be reported no matter what. She can't do this. Why not share your story on aerist beware? Let her know you are serious. Tell them you still wait for your money back. Put her emails in the post too. Send her an email you reported her. And you still want ypur money back.
I said it to her, i will wait untill 28th of march. I was so fair with her in my mail, I guess, and after she just get so angry and write me back in few minutes, and she was so hurted and "just" mentioned she will say it to her friends...so if ill want something of them, they will not do nothing for me. Its really...childish, i guess???
Now Im collecting ALL notes, empty notes, emails paypal and more.
I really have no sympathy for people that act like this, furry or not, as soon as money exchanges hands and a product is bought, it should be handled in a timely manner and not like this.
I would also enforce pressure, if you have an address, threat to report to the authorities because this is literally theft.
Absolutely take this to Artists_Beware. If you have proof of emails that discuss everything from the order to the refund, and especially if it was a significant amount of money, take it to the appropriate authorities as things like this is pretty much theft. Filing a proper report should help you later if civil court action is needed or otherwise.
