So my friend 
sparxfox has passed around this petition that is relevant to NOT ONLY HIS CASE, but a ton of others. See Starbucks doesn't really like hair that isn't a normal hair colour. So sadly employees aren't allowed to 100% express themselves.
Now granted I'm bland and have had brown hair since birth 0 because I buck the system and all that jazz - but I can see why this is important to him. I mean...his green mohawk is his thing man. It's like a beacon across the goddamn room.
I'm rambling.
