also on the main page you mentioned discussing theories, i have a interesting theory for a possible future plot twist in the show. as seen in jail break the fields and electric blades used to break down gems bodies dont work on steven. ergo steven could probably survive with out his gem. i theorize that in an eventual episode steven may give up his gem and his magic powers forever to "free" the rose quartz. similar to how he freed lapis gem from the mirrors confinement when he removed it from the mirror. this would allow rose quartz to reform her body and steven would meet his mother and greg would be happily reunited with her. ^^

To answer this, Steven's gemstone is permanently attached to his body, seeing that he IS a product of Rose Quartz; hes a part of her, having human properties from being Greg's son, but also having the gemstone because Rose gave birth to him (belly buttons ARE where umbilical cord are attached, and chances are the Rose Quartz gem is the magical equivalent to such). So in any case, Steven's gemstone cannot be removed, because it is a part of him, and part of the reason he is even alive.

I know this is a old journal but I played it and it is amazing!
I love everything about it! I do look forward to a sequel of some sort with Peridot and Lapis involved! Or the ability to change the party to have like Fusions and some other additions!
