These rules re for future reference, so everyone can be linked here, and no extra rules need to be added on an advertisement. You need to be aware that I am just now getting the hang of Picarto, and so toying with my channel is pretty common. Therefore, let us begin.
1. Mods
My Moderators are as followed

I choose my mods as if they were family. Most of the time they are my family. They have gained my trust and deserve respect. Do not beg, as, or even complain about (not) being a mod. This will only result in you being removed from my streams.

2. In-Stream Commissions
I will hold chances for people to purchase an in--stream piece at a lower price. Regular Price Sheet I will figure out a way to show prices on my stream, but for now please ask me and I will announce them twice in the chat. If you missed both times, whisper me.

3. Language, Links, and Limitations
Language - There are some words I am touchy about, and others I really don't give a shit about. I cuss quite a lot. But I keep a keen eye on it.
Links- Please ask before posting. One of my mods will answer, or I will. If it is no, then feel free to whisper and share the link to the person you wanted to show. This reduces spam, and leaves it less annoying. DO NOT Post the link if another viewer says "yes" Make sure it is myself or a mod.

4. Freebies
Oh here is the best part of the rules.
For freebies in my streams, you will need to post a forum that will be found at the bottom of this journal. To apply for the freebies you need to include the phrase "Flicker" in your comment.
This only applies if I make it clear that I am doing freebies. If I am not doing freebies, then there will not be freebies. Simple as that. If your image was not chosen, please don't complain. I will try and get through as many as I can (Hopefully 4), and keep time for actually working. Don't whine about not getting one... If you don't get one, keep trying in my raffles and streams.

5. Art Content
I am a feral artist. I do not do anthros. Remember this...
If you would like to try for a freebie, or you have bought an in-stream commission, please give me a reference.(Anthro or feral). It does not have to be a ref page, but make sure the character can be seen, and make sure the markings are clearly visible. I am also better with Dogs and cats. I'll give anything a shot except for Sharks, Sergals (for now), Horses, or anything with feathers. Some streams will be NSFW. In this case, I will private it and if you are 18+, note me and you will get the password.

6. Manners and Respect
Basic stuff here guys. Someone asks you to stop spamming, posting links, whining, or doing something in general (within reason) Please be respectful and understand whatever you are doing is bothering other people. Which, if not stopped when asked is rude and you will be kicked. Everyone deserves respect in my streams.

7. Sound/Music
If there is sound in my stream, you will hear my boyfriend, my voice, a game or two, a lot of cussing, and probably sexual innuendos. This is how we talk, this is how we act. If you do not like it, mute or leave.
If I have music playing and you do not like the track playing, mute or leave. Same thing. Do not ask me to change my music, do not ask me to turn it off. If I don't like it I will skip it.

8. Multi-streaming

In this case, NONE OF THESE RULES WILL BE APPLIED You will need to go into her journals and find her stream rules. We may do it with just us, we may have another person involved. What ever the case, If I multi-stream with other people, it is their stream rules you have to read.

9. Participation
No one likes a quiet chat. If you want a freebie, you are required to speak up in the stream and keep a good conversation going. If the chat dies, try to revive it. Whisper someone and ask them to help, whisper a mod/ myself. Go above and beyond, and don't just enter my stream and forget about me.

10. Drama
There will be no drama in my streams. However, there will be gossip. Yes I gossip, but nothing about my watchers, or friends. It will probably be about my family, or the household im living in. Or someone near me in real life who I hate. Venting, stress, and tension may happen in my stream. It is not directed at any of my viewers,
