REALISTIC/SEMIREALISTIC PAINTING
DETAILED/COMPLICATED CELLSHADING
Minimum price: $10USD per 100 pixels squared
eg) 500x500 = minimum $50 or up
SIMPLE CELLSHADING/BLOCKING
Minimum price: $8USD per 100 pixels squared
eg) 500x500 = minimum $40 or up
***TRADITIONAL***
Note: You are responsible for paying for materials and shipping.
GRAPHITE
Minimum price: $8USD per square inch
eg) 8x8 = minimum $64 or up
PASTEL/COLOURED PENCIL
Minimum price: $10USD per square inch
eg) 8x8 = minimum $80 or up
***SUBJECTS***
-I prefer wildlife, nature, fantasy, dark, and anthro art, but will consider any subject.
-I tend NOT to prefer overly urban, industrial, technical, or mechanical subjects.
-I will do fanart. World of Warcraft fanart can be paid for with gold if preferred.
-I will do erotic or mature artwork. Special requests will be treated without judgement.
***MY RIGHTS***
Unless otherwise negotiated:
-I must be able to contact you reliably.
-I have the right to a 50% advance payment before beginning any major work.
-I have the right to change the price IF you change the commission.
-I retain the right to publicly display the artwork online or elsewhere.
-I retain ALL rights to sell, markey, or commercially benefit from the artwork, including any copies/prints of the artwork.
-I do NOT have the right to sell the artwork, or copies/prints of artwork, featuring YOUR personal characters or logos without your permission.
-I retain the right to modify or edit the artwork following completion.
-I retain the right to cancel a commission should you: a) violate my rights, b) fail to send payment after multiple requests, c) harass or threaten me.
***YOUR RIGHTS***
Unless otherwise negotiated:
-You have the right to contact me reliably.
-You have the right to see a conceptual sketch before paying me the 50% advance.
-You have the right to request minor changes before paying me the 50% advance.
-You have teh right to request work-in-progress images of your commission.
-You have the right to publicly display the artwork online or elsewhere, provided that you credit me/state my copyright.
-You have the right to otherwise use the artwork for your personal enjoyment.
-You do NOT have the right to sell, market, or commercially benefit from the artwork, including any copies/prints/modifications of the artwork.
-You retain ALL rights to your characters/logos. I cannot sell my artwork or its copies without your permission if it features your characters/logos.
-You have the right to request privacy regarding the commission, the artwork, and its details.
-You have the right to cancel a commission for any reason at any time, but you cannot be given your money back should you decide to cancel.
