Roommate from hell has screwed us AGAIN without even being here. His 5 late payments, (FIVE LATE PAYMENTS IN LESS THAN 12 MONTHS) are now on our rental history and I'm told this will likely be reason for automatic denial due to company policy.

I asked about paying more deposits or having a co-signer and ugh. They're like "No once its there we can't override it." I'm just so mad. Like, why can't I just be done with this? I want to move on from this horrible experience and his screw ups are keeping me pinned here while he travels the globe with all his money doing drugs in Canada and whatever else he's up to these days. This apartment was perfect. He's officially ruining my life.
