moot, the admin and owner of 4chan, has for some reason made it to the Time magasine's 100 list for 2009.
4chan has noticed this... and they're voting him up something fierce. it'll be fun to see what happens from this
I find this endlessly hilarious - but also, since he was put on the list in the first place, then its a recognition of the power that modern internet website owners wield.
