The convention was awesome, hang out with awesome people and did awesome things. I've never been to Atlanta before (OR a con) and to be honest, I'd love to go back, convention or not, there is tons to see and do there. I hung out with  shesta_starblanket  kegan_satori and  blackjoker and last but not least our good buddy Eric aka Commissar Mittens.

We started off the trip to Atlanta by swinging over to  blackjoker's house to pick him up. It was our first time meeting him and he is one of the most awesome friends ever. It was cool to finally get to meet him and  shesta_starblanket! Along with a video clip of  kegan_satori being carried around on his birthday (during the con! video to come soon!) I got some pretty nifty pictures of my friends. I also met some of the cool artists in the Artist's Alley and the Dealer's Den.

We did so much and the weekend went by fast. I'm really glad that I got to make a few good memories with friends, this past weekend is one I'll honestly never forget.</emo>

Then I got back home...

I can't wait until my work schedule is more than "come in when we call you to come in". I've been working at the restaurant for just a few weeks and all of a sudden I'm not on the schedule unless I am filling in for someone...but yeah, I did take a week off for the convention...*sigh*. Not complaining, at the very least I still have a job and just for that I am grateful.
