well this si gonna be difficult first of all its mississippi and it HAWT
then davi shes like 110lbs x.x and this work out is cutting litterally 3lbs+
its more of what i made up with to slim down to my goals and build mucle if you need it,
we have a litte space on the concreet we can use
warm ups: what ever comes to mind
frist: down and backs up to 4-6
second: 150-200 partnered push ups
third:100-200 partnerd sit ups
forth: partner squats 10 reps reacing 50 each person
just a new on the site one made from wrestling wel see how it goes tommorow
