There were, at one point only two gods, Day and Night. They used to chase each other in the sky and often fought for control of the sky. However, one day they came together because in the end they were very lonely and in a burst of color they began to create seven more. The Seven.

First they created Life from the touch of the sun and a sprinkle or star dust in the hopes that he could seed the earth with new wonders. But Life didn't know when to stop so the new land became overcrowded and his creations couldn't move.

This disturbed Day and Night so they created a second god, and he was Death. He began to remove Life's gifts until there was room on the planet for people to move. Of course this angered Life and from his heart came the god of Hate.

Of course Hate was his own breed, uncontrolled by anyone and soon the people broke into war over every small thing. Day and Night saw this and that made them sad. So they created Love with a little touch of everything to counter Hate.

For awhile this was okay. But soon Day and Night wanted to give the people one last gift before they departed. A pair of twins was born from the womb of Day; Light and Dark were their first children.

Where Day and Night are now we do not know, but the old religion speaks of their amusement in watching over, but not interfering.

So you see, The Seven are; Life, Death, Hate, Love, Light and Dark, and Time.
