THIS IS THE SHIT
...Thanks to simba for, not only being ever vigilant on keeping my computer free of pesky malware (and getting rid of it when I inadvertently do) but for installing Izotopes Vinyl, Now just about anything can sound like an effing record lp!
Which is good as half the stuff I'd love to hear on record isn't even on one, and it's like $100 bucks to get one made (yes I've looked into this I'm that much a nut.)
