It's just sort of a different term for the same thing. It is a sprain but some people call it rolling

Owwww :/ Murphy hates phone-users, methinks. At least you're doing the right thing with the elevation and ice. If the pain persists to the point of not being able to walk on it after a couple days though, you may wanna have it checked out. But hey, there are upsides: You didn't fall and break anything like an arm, jaw or something on the way down - THAT would have really sucked. :/
