UGH, I DID NOT NEED THIS RIGHT NOW!!! (problem solved)

So umm, my tablet is not doing what I want it to do when i'm using the Sai tool program. Every time I try to draw a soft line on my tablet it keeps making crappy cricked lines instead, I even uninstalled and reinstalled my tablet but it's still doing the same frekkin thing. Without my tablet i'm out of the drawing business until I get this problem solved T.T
Right now I'm stuck on how to fix this.

OMG thank you so much for your help. I would of broken my tablet from stress if I didn't get it to work. I need to repay you somehow, name what picture you would like to have. a badge, a wallpaper, you name it and I'll get right on it now. :D
