Give it up now, and it'll end up being no more than a footnote in your biography. The temptation of it is what gives people the drive to go out and find the right one, lose it and you might find yourself looking a lot longer. I guess I'm kinda waxing philosophical, too much time on my hands to think about this kinda stuff. It takes a really hard smack of reality sometimes to keep urges in check.

Besides, I don't wanna be the only guy left in my age bracket who still has his! :P

you honestly shouldn't give it away, mainly for the reason he said.
But also, it could cause mental damage if you don't go anywhere with that guy besides the sex.
Later on down life you might be thinking:
"I wish my first time had more meaning..those days are gone now.." etc etc.
If you think it won't bother you down the road then go for it.
But take it from personal experience...its better to wait for the right guy.
