help me, get $50 worth of commissions for free.

no i'm serious, if you can help make this work for me, i'll draw you $50 worth of commission work.
what i want to do is livestream my drawings on picarto.tv, BUT i cant get obs or xsplit to work, so i can't broadcast there. it seems that obs needs divx 10, but i have divx11?? i have a j3400 tablet pc running windows 7 64-bit.
so far the ONLY streaming program i can get to work is join.me, but i can't afford to buy the premium version to get a standard URL, which i really want. i want the same link everytime, but join.me doesn't do that.
so if you think you're savvy enough to make it work please comment or email (madebymoko AT gmail DOT com). we could use logmein or text a walkthrough or something. i really want to get on picarto.
if YOU can't do it, but know someone who can and they help me, i'll do a full color ACEO/badge for you. EVERYONE WINS.

UPDATE:
thebravelittle was helping and we've come to the conclusion that because i'm using a tablet pc with an integrated graphics card i probably won't be able to stream how i want to :| obs is out of the question and xsplit just crashes. i'm taking suggestions for any other streaming options~
