Story w/ Cover art commission anyone?

So 
and I talked about opening story with cover art commission where I'll write and he'll draw the cover art or any scene of the story to use as the story cover so commissioners don't have to find other artist to draw it for them, we have it in one go.
The price is still discussing, it'll be separated into two parts; one for the story and one for the art.
For my side I think the base price will be $5 for the first 1,000 words and $1 for every 250 words after the first thousand. (Quite cheap because my writing skill isn't that good anyway = w=)
There's still a lot more to be discussed, this is the base idea from me and will need to be modified more or less anyway.
The proper commission info will soon come up after the discussion is done.
But before then,
