Picarto.TV not working

I cant get the stream to run and I don't know what's wrong. Been trying for the past two days. All I get is the error "ID not found on server"
I've tried updating, reinstalling, changing the stream url and IDs, restarting the router and modem and computer. No luck yet. I read that starting a new account sometimes fixes it, going to try that. Sorry about lack of stream =<
Edit: UHH well it worked that time. I didn't change anything but this time when I punched the start stream button it worked fine. Bizarre. Anyway! Stream coming up now!

You're not the only artist I know affected by it tonight. >.< It sounds like it's a chronic enough problem that those who are paying for the service should really consider asking for picarto to credit them for the downtime... Not that they will, but they ought to.

You're not the only one, trust me. Because of the problems I have with picarto i just cancel my premium sub. Im not going to pay anything when the site is so unsable

Ugh, and it works for 30 minutes before crashing again. Yeah, this is bad.

It crashed a few minutes into using it. I have moved to Furstream for now.
