Simple, don't date online. I had this problem too. But I can also see her point of view. You were moving too fast. Sure she may have given you her number, but when I used to date online/long distance I would only text. I HATE talking on the phone, even to my own boyfriend. People just don't like phones. Simple as that. As for her ducking you and stuff there is only a couple things I can think of as to why she did that.

You stated you were together only 3 weeks? If you told her "I love you" it could have scared her off, even if she said she loves you back. Love takes time to develop. You could be boyfriend and girlfriend/ dating for 1-2 months and still not say you love each other. That's what dating is, is to see if there is a attraction there before throwing around "I love you" or "We should see each other in person". Or if you both did live near each other, you should have gone on dates before getting into the relationship.

Most relationships you find online, or on apps never really work. Distance can kill people. As well as the apps always show the good qualities in people because people sugarcoat their profiles because no one ever let's people see their bad sides.
