Commisions won't be open for a REALLY long time...

Alright, this was unseen. Now, to be able to open commissions I need a paypal account. To get that, I need a bank account. To get that , I need a photo ID. I don't have that, and the one I need to get is my Learner's permit. But because of this damnable confusing idiotacracy of a legal system, the first chance to get the learner permit is, for some reason, on Halloween.

And a learners permet cost money, to get that you need PayPal. Bloody fantastic how it all works. XD but helloween, I don't know when that is but it must be a while.

Paypal is always changing how stuff like that works, I swear. I had my account long before having an ID -or- a bank account. It just had limitations which were lifted when I eventually -could- tie a bank account to it. Odd.

At the moment? I don't really know. When I did it, it was as simple as making an account. Though the only way to add funds was people sending money to me, or Paypal cards.

Might wanna look into it. Like, just try to make an account, and see what it says. They may have changed their policies, but iunno. Certainly worked for me back in the day. :V
