I have a handful of Dreamy pirates (Aleksey, Harlow, Ignatius, and Sadie) who'd all work well with Nashir, I think? Sadie and Harlow are also very pick-pockets and are very loud. Aleksey is the captain and leads from the back, and Ignatius does whatever he pleases, unless the girls drag him along. All four of them travel together on a flying ship. (There's more characters on the ship but these four are the most actively developed).

I also have a desert area in my headworld that isn't well-developed yet, but it could be a good link to Nashir, too. He could potentially be close to one or more of them.

for dan i have this babe, maybe? she's usually super laid back/calm tho she can have moments of higher energy
she's 5' tall so she's actually shorter than him xD
i don't have a set owner for her, but maybe he could own the hookah bar she works at as well
or maybe he just owns her and has her work there for extra cash /shrugs
though she works at a houka bar, it's strictly non-sexual, she's literally just a professional cuddler (which is a real thing, according to america's got talent lmao)
but when she's home i could imagine her trying to distract him from whatever book he's reading

she is a third eye, but my headcanon for third eye dreamy dust is that it's counteracted by non-third eye dust (so he wouldn't be affected by it, esp since his tail is the same length) so do with that what you will
she also really likes fruit and sweets, so he could make treats for her sometimes, maybe?
