from as 10 YEAR OLD thinkpad x41, that can barely run ANYTHING, and I managed to stream in full quality (in resolution of my tablet and in 20 FPS)

if anyone wants to know:

I share my screen through teamviewer to a stronger PC, and i stream that shared screen through OBS to Picarto.

(OBS doesn't run on that laptop)
