I like the discussion journal ideas though featured artist type things may rub people the wrong way so I'm cautious about that..otherwise seems like a decent plan!

Featured artists can be a very tricky thing. The last thing I would ever want others to feel is that we have a criteria quality wise or would play favorites. A list would simply be artists that are/want to offer a discount for our themes off their normal prices. It would most likely be a rare occurrence. Discussions are among my favorite things as long as everyone is open and minds their manners. Thanks for responding! ~

I would suggest ideas for fem dom Pictures and stories in two columns for pictures, one for stories:
and then maybe seperate them again in theme ideas like :
1. Picture:
- Latex:
Ideas....
- Bondage:
Ideas....
...
...

It could make a valuable go to for story ideas or art. We can look more into it via a discussion journal. Maybe this will be along the lines of the first one.

Glad to see most of the ideas are liked. Contests and raffles will require either working with artists or something in between as money becomes an issue with such things (assuming art is not volunteered). The wants ads will most likely start being wiped every 2-3 months to keep them fresh and relevant..

You could get lucky and have people donate art. I know a few other groups have never had issues with that...it's a good way for artists to get more attention for artwork they wouldn't get attention for any other way you know?

Absolutely. I may look for a way to acquire a volunteer list. I would not burden an artist by requesting anything. However, if they post that they would like to volunteer, I would be more than fine with that. I will see what I can do in terms of gathering volunteers or at least making an easy way for them to find and sign up if they like.

The group itself isn't lacking in any particular thing. This is highly influenced by each individual as well. It's a good question but certainly a complex answer!

Discussions- Heck yes, if people can remember to be respectful.

In-Role Discussion Journals- What I mean by this is: I'd like to see the option for discussion journals (or even basically munch journals) where the people participating have a way to signify what their status is (i.e. "I'm a submissive male" or "I'm a Dominant Female" or the like.)




Wanted Ads- Not only for Dom/sub applications, but I'd also love to see artists get involved (as well as folks looking for specific things) in one, easy to access location. TL;DR- Looking for a specific artwork? Go here. Looking for a submissive? Go here. Looking for a Dominant? Go here. Etc.

While I know there are existing journals for the Dom/sub applications, I'm unsure of how successful they are- from what I've heard, some people have posted "Seeking" comments but have never updated to say "Hey, position closed" or "Hey, sorry, not looking any more".

I will respond to each part of your post. First off, discussions can definitely be a rest place to discuss ideas, different interests and views , and how they became interested.

In-role discussions: this raises a good point that it can be very constructive and rewarding to talk with peers of the same mind set/role. Certainly something worth exploring, if enough people were interested.

Wanted Ads- This will have several parts to respond to in terms of structure. The "looking for" ads pertaining to slaves/doms will be refreshed every two months to keep them up to date. When a post is not updated, this will take care of it by disposing of it and allowing current ads to be seen more readily. The artists want adds would most likely be a list of artist with specialties or a love for drawing certain themes. This will give the commissioner an artist who enjoys drawing the particular piece and the artist is happy to draw it if it interests them.

Hope this gives some insight into future plans to make the group more user friendly. Let me know of you would like to discuss anything in further detail.

I've seen the "add" pages, some people are looking for an IRL femdom relationship, some others for virtual one and some others just for role playing. I believe the first two go kindof together but the last one doesnt.
Maybe having a separate sub/dom journal for RPplayers? im sure many, both doms and subs alike here just want to tell a story about their kinks with someone else without the commitment part? Maybe a sub wants to explore her dominant side? or maybe the other way around? an RP journal would be perfect for them!


Love the idea of the Artist wanted adds! It gave me an idea; how about having a "like list" or something, femdom is a wide topic, maybe some people want specific interests and want to find others with the same? you know for example "Loving mistress" "Bondage" "Dungeon" "Femboy sub" "Lezdom" etc?


My two cents!

While separation of those looking for IRL type interaction, virtual and simply rp would be ideal. We just don't have enough total ads from Mistress/Subs to warrant it at this time. I think it is and will be necessary if we have enough ads being posted in the future. So this is a suggestion that will certainly be useful for later to use.

As far as artist wanted ads. I will have to sit down or hold a discussion on what topics we would want to be present or else we would end up with a wall with 50 + topics that would become rather ineffective. Certain topics can be "staples" and then we may just have an "other" category to keep it visually appealing.
