Yes. But there is LOTS of planning and strictures involved. Some countries doesn't allow dual citizenship. And I know you have to still get a residence visa. And there's a period of at least 5 years involved, to get one, I think. You get a temporary one in that period.

I hate laws of the people, getting citizenship to live on a piece of land. This world is crazy. Really an childish world we are living in.

Best bet would be to go to a Home Affairs office. They can tell you exactly what's involved.
