mostly, that is.
EF was a blast. even though I attended only one panel. XD most times I was at the artist lounge, abusing someone else's sketchbooks forfun & profitlaughter. and receiving some, myself... which doesn't happen often. but I will not complain! :) thanks to all artists who sketched me a stripey cat. ^_^
what else... I finally caved in and bought a resine mask base, a feline, and a pair of jaws, and a pair of impala-like horns. now I need a character to make a fursuit out of... XD very likely it will be a partial: head, gloves, tail. also, I plan on making it an use-your-own-eyes mask.from the first tests it should be no problem, proportion-wise. ^^
didn't buy much else, some original sketches here and there, and some tasty booze. :9 mead, cherry liquor, mocca liquor,and coffee liquor.
gthe stay at the 1stFloor hostelwas nice, the train travel worked out well. but thing was that you could hear EVERYTHING. from the drunken party people down the floor to people out on the street passing by... first night every little noise woke me up until Dreamfox (my roomie) came in, and his snoring drowned out everything else, so I could finally sleep. hooray for good friends! :D
my (t)rusty old Ford held up pretty well. with consummation of Precious Gasoline™ and everything else, the 1450km round trip was uneventful... except the driveshaft's cross joints finally decided to die on me. :P also I will need new springs and shock absorbers and a few suspension parts.
and time.
and money.
all in all EF was nice. art party, meeting old friends, making new ones, meeting the faces behind FA accounts... doesn't come any better. ^.^

Die Lösung wäre vielleicht, dass ich öfters zur Lounge gehe, aber ich fühl mich da immer sehr fehl am Platze. <.<;

come to think of it, is it possible I saw you run around in fursuit? there was some little white noodledragon with prominent whiskers...
I'm just shamefull I miss so many peoples from chats and streams and so on but I manage hung a little in Artist Laounch in last day with Alector
I hang at the artists lounge a lot of the time, really. taking opportunity of the space and creativity lingering in the air. ^^

Mendras Bus war auch ganz tapfer. Seinen kaputten Motor durch einen anderen, älteren ausgetauscht, und drei Tage vor der Con das erstemal wieder komplett zusammengesetzt laufen lassen. Hat uns aber treu transportiert. Wenngleich nicht grade schnell - haben jeweils 9 Stunden gebraucht für die Fahrt.
So, Fursuit - ja, irgendwann trifft es jeden Mal :)
Wünsche dir viel Erfolg damit. Hatte meinen diesmal auch als Partial probiert. So fing es auch langsam an, so etwas wie Spaß zu machen. Der Fullbody von Atalon war für mich nicht wirklich tragbar.
Und an Geschnarche hast du dich dermaßen gewöhnt daß du damit besser schlafen kannst? Faszinierend :) Ich bring einfach überallhin immer Ohrstöpsel mit.
der 1.6er saugdiesel ist eigentlich viel zu klein für den bus. egal welche version. :) den gabs eigentlich nur zum steuern sparen.
aber hey, es hat funktioniert. :)
ich plane ja eigentlich seit EF4 daran... nun wird es endlich konkreter. :) natürlich ist Zyx seine produktion eine große hilfe bei ideen, und ich konnte die basis probieren (passt auf meine rübe, augen passen auch von der position etc), und hab keine probleme mit zoll und versand. und etwas fell wird sich auftreiben lassen. zur not schau ich bei Dr Croc vorbei. ^^
es ist extrem schade wenn ein fursuit in den man zeit und/oder geld gesteckt hat, im schrank versauern muß. Bengges hat das selbe problem. :P ich hoffe, daß, wenn ich mal einen fullbody draus mache, das ergebnis länger spaß macht.
ich denke es war eine frage von unbekannten geräuschen. das haus ist extrem hellhörig, man hört sogar wenn draußen leute vorbei laufen, udn das im 1.stock. ohrstöpsel wäre eventuell was, aber ich hab ein wenig tinnitus, und wenn ich anfange mich auf den zu konzentrieren ist es vorbei. XD DFs schnarchen ist nicht gar zu laut und gleichmäßig, udn das überdeckt alles. :)
Hat Bengges nicht viel eher das Problem, daß er einen supertollen Suit hat, und dann seiner Spezies untreu werden musste?
In dem Bus fühlen sich 100km/h schon abenteuerlich schnell an - speziell wenn er gut beladen ist. Es dauert halt nur ewig, weitere Strecken zu fahren. Und am Berg überholen einen die LKWs...
laut eigener aussage wirds zu knapp um die hüften, wo der suit so schon sehr eng sitzt. anscheinend hat er sich dann eine alternative erschaffen. :)
ich kenn die geräte noch von meiner bundeswehrzeit. da brauchts großzügige fahrzeiten in fahrbefehl. XD
