So what is going on is the Hilton is packed with furrys and if you use there online system or you call into there 1-800 line to make any changes (i,e, add peoples names to your room) it is taking it as you are making a new reservation and will most likely change your room rate. They are trying to catch everything when it happens, but might not get them all. So the best thing to do is wait until your at the hotel checking in and add the people to your room.
If you are trying to drop a day off your reservations please let us do it, just email hotel[at]rainfurrest.com and I will send your request to our Reservation Manager and she will get it done. If you are trying to add a day our room block is over sold so if you can get them to add a day it most likely will not be at the con rate and sorry to say we can’t do anything about it.
We are working hard with the Hilton to get this problem resolved please hang in there with us and see you in 14 days.
