Things are lookin' good?

As this whole UMA thing comes to a close (for me, anyways), I really want to get that journal off my page. I'm glad it's ending, because I spent the better part of my afternoon writing yet another email to 
justafox when it would've probably been a lot more responsible of me to be studying for the final exam I had this evening. The exam went well regardless. Now, I should probably be studying for the exam I have tomorrow afternoon instead of writing a trite FA journal entry, but shhhh!!!!

In other news, [I think] I actually got a job on campus this summer. My professor sent me a personal email saying she has a research assistant position available. She asked me to make an appointment to discuss it next week. I don't know if this means that she is reserving the position for me, or if I am one of multiple candidates which she is considering, but here's hopin'! :)

Oh yeah! furry stuff! I'm going to FCN right after I finish exams, and I'll also be attending AC when that happens.

more like... tracing out maps in geographic information software, and stuff like testing water samples for pollutants.
Trust me, it's a lot more exciting to me than it sounds to you :)
