Some of this is going to be crossposted from miss Jolyn’s journal (in italics) involving this awful happening.

This couple lost everything, ya’ll. House, possessions and pets! The couple survived along with one cat. This lady’s husband was badly injured in saving his wife from the fire.

The entire home was burnt down, and they have absolutely nothing left.
More importantly, her husband was severely injured and has second degree burns over a lot of his body. He was injured pulling Melanie out of the house.
All of their animals were killed except for one of their cats. That included a couple other kitties, pet birds, and their family dog.

They have absolutely nothing left. And David is still in the hospital in intensive care recovering ever so slowly.

Melanie’s sister has set up a GoFundMe account to help them, and every little bit helps. Please, if you can, donate even the smallest amount. If you can’t, please pass this along and post this on your own page. Or, if possible, take a couple commissions and pass the money their way.
