I have no interest or liking of Steven Universe.

So there is this show called Steven Universe. I've seen a little bit of it. I've seen plenty of still shots, .gif's, and fan art that crosses my path on FA and DA. I have found SU to be intolerable for me. The animation is bland and generic. The character designs unappealing, the coloring to be more dull and toned down, character personalities confusing or uninteresting, and not sure what to make of the story line.
Now, I watch and highly enjoy MLP:FiM, and I do enjoy Adventure time and Regular show, though I don't watch the latter two as much as I do or MLP. I enjoy those shows because they feel engaging, colorful, fulled with personalities and individualism, lots of humor, and good lessons on-top of a growing story line. And as for gravity falls, I can not comment as I have never seen any episodes and don't know much about it, same with Korra.
Now, one thing I have noticed heavily is the infatuation with SU that a lot of the SJW's and feminazis and other like minded on tumbler have with the show. Maybe because i have more substance to my self, and prefer to be around others and entertained by media that contains substance, that I find SU, and the tumbler-tards to be so... shallow, empty, void? The term faberge egg comes to mind. Covered with shinnies and sparkling things and gold and such, but empty and devoid of any substance on the inside.
As a child, my mother would take eggs and poke a small hole on both ends, blow out all the yoke and white from the inside, and we would paint and glue on fake gem stones and such to make our own faberge egg's. All for decorations and something fun to do as a kid. And because of that, I can't help but think of that as I analyze and try to understand shows like SU and the crazed lunatics on tumbler that praise it like it is the all mighty Allah.
Perhaps I will never fully understand SU and the fanbase around it, but I do understand the tumbler-tards. And if they are any indication of something mindlessly wrong with society and so void of substance, then their obsession with SU shows what kind of show it is.
