Everyone loves fall cooking, but vegetarians and vegans often find themselves on the off end.
Since so many recipes for fall include meat products of some sort, it can become a 'fend for yourself' ordeal.
Well...here is a little nook of the internet where people can share their
amazing Fall recipes so you can make that epic dinner or one that is even better!

Then I've made baked butternut squash & apples with cinnamon & maple syrup before. It's sounds weird, but not bad. Just dice them and add syrup & cinnamon. Throw it in the oven for about 20min on 350 degrees. If you can do it, I recommend buying butternut squash that's already been cut up because I accidentally cut my finger real bad on that crap.
And if anyone lives in the Bay Area ( Specifically Berkeley, CA ) there's this AMAZING vegan cinnamon roll place where you can make your own roll with whatever you want on it. Like different flavored frostings, fruits, cookie crumbs, etc. and it's all 100% vegan. It's called Cinnaholic!
