Paypal Alternatives
I’ve done some digging around and for now I seem to have a few options.
-Patreon - https://www.patreon.com
I already do things through Patreon, so I can try and maybe do a separate Patreon page where I can handle commissions. The issue with this is, of course, that it only works on a monthly basis so there would be a decent amount of ‘latency’ attributed to the proceedings
-Skrill - https://www.skrill.com/en/
This one seems to work like Paypal. Transactions seem to process a tad slower but it might be workable enough.
-Payoneer - https://www.payoneer.com
Recently added the ability to process credit card payments from individuals. I haven’t actually tried any of it yet, so it might not be feasibly for me, but it might be a viable option if there aren’t too many strings attached.
-Bitcoin
Somewhat of an eternal underdog. I’m looking at some debit card options, since none of the available sites like coinbase (https://www.coinbase.com) seem to support my country in any way.
If you guys have any other alternatives, I’m all ears.
Squarepay, Dwolla and Google Wallet are not feasible for me since I’m not in the US or any of the other supported countries, so please don’t bring those up.

In going to give Patreon a try with someone else who had a PayPal issue.
Not sure how that'd suit ya?
do collaboration insteand. you don't get payed. but you allow the artist to coloure the lineart you drew for them for free.
as long as they give you the credit or show the link to the original work.
i am however not sure for other alternative for paypal, if you really are in need for commission.
since i'm not so familiar with the whole commission thingy, or have ever done one my self.
only heard of it.
1 - No lottery or "chance" systems.
Any system where a client pays only for the chance to get something, meaning there's a chance they get nothing for their additional contribution, that's a problem. But so long as there's something -new- being offered in that reward tier beyond the lottery ticket, then it should be fine, as then its not paying for the chance to get something, but rather a bonus possible gift. (NOTE that this means if at a 10$ donation you give something like access to WIPs, and 15$ you give WIP access and a lottery ticket, that's still gambling because the additional 5 dollar donation, moving from 10 to 15, went purely towards the "gamble" that they might win that lottery.)

2 - Content must be flagged as adult for erotica, and PayPal can not be used to accept money for those accounts.
From what I understand it's not your fault if someone purchases a commission using PayPal (if you've properly flagged your patreon page), but it is a problem if you use PayPal to accept that money.

One alternative could be to look into indiegogo's flexible payment system. Donors that pledge there are immediately charged, and while you cannot receive the funds until the funding period has closed at least people cannot opt out/cancel their pledges. And pledges go through even if you don't meet goal.
